These terms apply when you play CueClash. By creating an account or using the game, you agree to them. Questions? Email [email protected].
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to play.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share, sell or trade accounts.
- Pick a username that isn't offensive or pretending to be someone else. We may change or remove usernames that break this rule.
Coins are play money
Coins, cues, upgrades and other items in CueClash are for fun only. They have no cash value, cannot be bought with or exchanged for real money, and cannot be withdrawn. Winning coins is not winning money. We may adjust balances to fix errors or remove coins gained by cheating.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, deliberately lose to move coins between accounts, or attack or overload the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Chat, voice and messages
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam or sharing other people's private information. You can mute opponents and remove friends at any time. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
The service
We work hard to keep CueClash running, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost coins or items, or anything beyond the amount you paid us (if any) in the previous 12 months.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time in Account settings (it's deleted after a 14-day grace period). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
